Returns
We accept return of clothes that are unworn and in the same condition in which they were sold. Please send clothing back with all tags and in original packaging. Please send an email with 48 hours to inform us of an intention to return an item. All items should to be returned within 7days.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs except you have found your merchandise to be defective. In the case of defective merchandise, please contact us with details of the defect and we would respond with details on how to send the goods back to us.
Clothes that have been worn are not acceptable for refunds or exchange. If there is a fault with the clothing, please contact us with details of the faulty merchandise.
Please do not send back any clothing that has been worn, or that you have scrunched up into a rough ball to us. We expect to receive clothes back in the same condition and in which we sent them too you.
Refunds
If a return us accepted, we would send you a refund using the original method of payment, the funds are sent to the same card or payment provider that was used to make the purchase.
